Get Involved: Volunteer
Running a shelter is hard work! There's tons to do; whether you want to walk some dogs, cuddle some kitties, or even help out cleaning pens. We start our mornings at 8:00 am every day to feed the animals and clean their pens. In the afternoon, there's laundry, mixing dog and cat food, giving baths, and so much more to do. All of our animals are let out of their pens to be either walked or played with twice a day; everyday, even on holidays.
If you would like more information on how to begin volunteering and helping animals in need, give us a call or stop by! We'll give you a tour of our shelter and you can meet all of our amazing animals. Be a Fostering Hero
Fostering is one of the most rewarding options for an animal shelter volunteer. You will get the opportunity to take a pet in need into your loving arms, and watch them prosper under your care. You'll be able to watch them fill the hearts of their new forever families knowing that you helped make that moment possible.
